This vest is being held at a fairly steep angle, but it doesn't slip on the hanger.
This hanger can be purchased alone or with a detachable skirt/slacks hanger.
The first photo is a winter-weight long knitwoven jacket and

The second is of a summer-weight pullover and matching 6-panel skirt. The
third is a medium-weight vest and purchased slacks.
